Key Responsibilities

-Identify opportunities for business expansion through partnerships, mergers, and entering new markets.

-Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to generate insights for performance improvement and growth.

-Cultivate sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.

-Oversee daily operations, including employee training, contract negotiations, and production planning.

-Assess risks associated with new initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Basic Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
  • A Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage.
• Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Commercial or Finance Manager.
