Job Overview:
EH Construction is hiring a qualified Roller Operator to assist with compacting tasks for the 50MW Mmadinare Solar Cluster Phase 2 project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, or other materials.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational at all times.
• Complete required documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Junior Certificate or equivalent.
• Certification from Madirelo Training & Testing Centre.
• Class H (Special Type) License.
• At least 2 years’ experience operating rollers in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment manuals.
• Must pass pre-employment medical screening and drug tests.
