Job Overview:
EH Construction is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to operate and manage grading activities for the 50MW Mmadinare Solar Cluster Phase 2 project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders to level surfaces for construction activities.
• Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
• Follow operational and safety guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Document daily activities accurately.

Requirements:

• Junior Certificate or equivalent.
• Certification from Madirelo Training & Testing Centre.
• Class H (Special Type) License.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in grader operations.
• Knowledge of safety and equipment manuals.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including medical tests and drug tests.
