Responsibilities
-Provide outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.
-Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
-Embody Fabianiโs values through impeccable presentation and professionalism.
-Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions.
-Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling.
-Identify opportunities to drive additional revenue.
-Stay informed about Fabianiโs product offerings and current fashion trends.
-Educate customers on product features and benefits.
-Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the store is well-organized.
-Maintain inventory standards to meet customer demands.
-Foster strong working relationships with colleagues to achieve team goals.
-Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Qualifications
- Education: A Grade 12 certificate is essential.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven capability to work independently and take initiative.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
