Overview:

Smart Funeral Homes is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Consultant/Sales Representative to market and sell our insurance products and services. The successful candidate will maintain a customer portfolio, address queries and complaints professionally, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

-Generate new sales leads and build a database of potential clients.

-Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

-Maintain accurate client records and approve insurance applications.

-Assist with other business-related duties.

Skills and Competencies:

-Strong communication skills.

-In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

-Excellent customer service and analytical skills.

-Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

-Form 5 or equivalent qualification.

-Certificate of Proficiency.

-Experience with cash management.

-A valid driverโ€™s license (Class B) is advantageous.
