1. Supply Chain Customer Care Planner
Purpose:
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating order management, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
-Process customer orders efficiently
-Track deliveries and manage logistics
-Resolve complaints and monitor service levels
-Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
-2โ3 yearsโ experience in customer care or logistics
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
2. Supply Planner
Purpose:
Plan and manage inventory to ensure product availability across the Nandoโs network while optimizing supply efficiency and costs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop supply plans based on demand forecasts
- Manage stock levels and reorder points
- Liaise with suppliers and distribution teams
- Monitor performance metrics and improve supply processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related
- 3+ years in supply planning or procurement
- Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems
3. Office Manager
Purpose:
Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Support HR, finance, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and facilities
- Supervise admin staff and service providers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Office Administration or similar
- 3+ yearsโ experience in office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Groceries Operations Manager
Purpose:
Lead and optimize the groceries operations strategy to drive efficiency, product availability, and operational excellence in the food supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sourcing, warehousing, and distribution
- Lead grocery category performance initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships

- 5+ years in FMCG or grocery operations
