Overview:
Buildersmart is seeking a Yard Manager to oversee operations in the yard area, ensuring effective stock handling, team coordination, and adherence to safety standards at the Ramokgwebana branch.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise yard operations and ensure efficiency.

-Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate record-keeping.

-Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

-Assist customers with their yard-related requirements.

Requirements:

-Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent qualification.

-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (added advantage).

-Strong organizational and leadership skills.

-Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment.
