Overview:
Standard Lesotho Bank is looking for passionate and talented individuals to join the Blue Team as Tellers in various locations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to providing exceptional financial services while building your banking career.

Job Purpose:
To assist walk-in customers with cash-related transactions, including deposits and withdrawals. The successful candidate will assess and address customer needs efficiently while delivering outstanding service within the bankโ€™s financial solutions framework.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Commerce or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

-Previous branch banking experience is an added advantage.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced banking environment.

Contract Details:

  • Fixed-term contract for six (6) months.
  • Work schedule: Ten (10) days per month.
