We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our energetic team across multiple locations in South Africa. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily store operations including food preparation, packaging, and service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and customer-facing areas
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with orders and resolving queries
- Manage and organize stock, including receiving and unpacking supplies
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to efficient store performance through teamwork and attention to detail
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle waste and recycling according to company guidelines
- Support skilled team members by preparing tools and materials as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10โ12 (Matric preferred, but not mandatory)
- Must be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit
- No prior experience required; experience in fast-food or retail is an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
