Overview:
Sleepmasters, a division of Pepkor Lifestyle, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team in Sebokeng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about retail, sales, and providing excellent service, while contributing to the achievement of store targets and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform sales activities to generate revenue
-Meet or exceed sales targets and budgets
-Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions
-Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
-Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising
-Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies
-Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
-Strong initiative, self-motivation, and attention to detail
-Understanding of sales and prospecting techniques
-Knowledge of business policies and basic retail operations
