Overview
Totalsports is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Mthatha Mall. Key Responsibilities
-Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
-Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
-Keep track of sales performance and targets.
-Stay updated with the latest sports and fitness trends to assist customers effectively.
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to maximize store performance.
-Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising to maintain a well-presented store.
Qualifications & Experience
–Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
-Retail sales experience is an advantage but not required.
Key Skills & Competencies
-Passionate about customer service and sports retail.
–Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
-Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.
-Ability to multi-task in a high-energy retail environment.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
