Overview

Bayport Financial Services is looking for Direct Sales Agents to join our team in Tutume. The ideal candidates will be responsible for selling the organization’s financial services to both existing and new customers within their assigned territory, working to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and generate sales leads within the target market.

-Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

-Conduct market research to improve sales strategies.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

–BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.

-Experience in Direct Sales (DSA) is an added advantage.

-Basic selling skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.

-Prior experience in sales or financial services will be an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Commission-based with additional sales incentives.
