1. Administrator Provincial โ€“ Limpopo (Polokwane)

๐Ÿ”– Reference: CETA-AP-009

Role Purpose: Provide high-level administrative support to the Client Services and Projects Unit to ensure the provincial office operates efficiently and aligns with CETAโ€™s strategy.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or related.
  • 3 years of administration experience, preferably in the ETD sector or public entities.
  • Project Management qualification is advantageous.

2. Administrator Provincial โ€“ Northern Cape (Kimberley)

๐Ÿ“… Closing Date: 18 June 2025
๐Ÿ”– Reference: CETA-AP-005

Role Purpose: Similar to the Limpopo role, supporting administrative tasks, meetings, inventory, and stakeholder coordination within the Northern Cape province.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 Diploma.
  • 3 years administrative experience, preferably in ETD/public sector.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

3. Officer: Client Services โ€“ Northern Cape (Kimberley)

๐Ÿ“ Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape

๐Ÿ”– Reference: CETA-OCS-008

Role Purpose: Manage and monitor provincial project performance, ensure compliance, and facilitate successful implementation of learning programmes and discretionary grant projects.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6/7 Diploma/Degree in the Construction Sector.
  • Project Management qualification.
  • 3โ€“5 years relevant experience (1โ€“2 years supervisory).
  • Assessor Unit Standard beneficial.

4. Officer: Client Services โ€“ Limpopo (Polokwane)

๐Ÿ“… Closing Date: 25 June 2025
๐Ÿ”– Reference: CETA-OSC-007

Role Purpose: Same responsibilities as the Kimberley-based Officer, focused on managing CETA-funded learning programmes and stakeholder engagement in Limpopo.

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma/degree in Construction or similar.
  • 3โ€“5 years experience, with 1โ€“2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Deep knowledge of the PSET sector and PFMA compliance.

5. Officer: Client Services โ€“ Mpumalanga (Nelspruit)

๐Ÿ“… Closing Date: 25 June 2025

Role Purpose: Drive programme implementation, stakeholder communication, and compliance in the Mpumalanga province.

Requirements:

  • NQF 6/7 qualification in Construction.
  • Project Management certified.
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License.
  • 3โ€“5 years in a related field, including supervisory experience.

6. Manager: Marketing, Communications and Stakeholder Management โ€“ Midrand

๐Ÿ“ Location: Midrand, Gauteng
๐Ÿ“… Closing Date: 17 June 2025
๐Ÿ”– Reference: CETA-MMCSM-004

Role Purpose: Develop and lead CETAโ€™s marketing and communications strategy, manage public relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications to support organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • NQF 7 Degree in Social Sciences, Communication, PR, or related.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Communications is advantageous.
  • 5โ€“8 years experience in marketing/stakeholder relations, with 3โ€“5 years in management.
