Overview:
KHAYA TV, a hub for storytelling and creative expression, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Creative to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and imaginative individual with a passion for branding, media, and connecting with diverse audiences.
Position Purpose:
To develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that elevate the KHAYA TV brand, grow our audience, and build impactful relationships with partners and clients. The role blends creative storytelling with strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage sales and marketing campaigns tailored for media and entertainment audiences.
-Craft compelling brand stories and promotional content across platforms.
-Coordinate and manage events and brand activations.
-Engage with stakeholders and potential clients to grow business opportunities.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, marketing, or creative industries.
-Strong writing and communication skills.
-Demonstrated cultural awareness and an international outlook.
-Experience in event planning and brand promotion.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Strategic thinker who can turn creative concepts into actionable results.
Preferred Attributes:
-Skilled in creating campaigns for diverse brands and audiences.
-Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
-Valid driverโs license (an added advantage).
-Confident in delivering concise and persuasive elevator pitches.
