Overview
The FIX, a bold and trend-forward brand within The Foschini Group (TFG), is looking for an energetic and style-savvy Fashion Consultant to join our team at Pioneer Mall in Maseru. If you’re passionate about customer service, fashion trends, and driving sales, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in retail while making a direct impact on our customers’ shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer experiences.
-Identify customer needs and offer relevant fashion and lifestyle solutions.
-Keep track of individual sales performance and work towards exceeding sales targets.
-Stay up to date with current fashion and dรฉcor trends to inform customer recommendations.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities within the store.
-Assist in restocking and merchandising to ensure a customer-ready store environment at all times.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
-Previous experience in retail or customer service will be advantageous.
Skills
-Passion for people and customer engagement.
-Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
