Jet, a leading value retail brand under The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join its dynamic team at Pioneer Mall in Maseru. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where style, service, and teamwork come together to create an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Represent the Jet brand with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
-Identify customer needs and provide tailored fashion and product solutions.
-Monitor personal sales targets and actively work to exceed them.
-Stay up to date with current fashion and home trends to support sales efforts.
-Seek new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
-Support stock replenishment and ensure the store is always customer-ready.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
-Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
Skills
-Strong passion for customer service and fashion.
-Target-driven and performance-focused.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Effective multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
-High level of attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
