Overview
Jet, one of Southern Africaโs most trusted value fashion retailers and part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is hiring a dedicated Fashion Consultant at its Pioneer Mall store in Maseru. This role is ideal for a results-driven, fashion-forward individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Represent Jet as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service and a great customer experience.
-Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and providing suitable product solutions.
-Track and report on personal sales performance in relation to store targets.
-Sell across a wide range of fashion and home products, staying informed of the latest trends.
-Identify opportunities to increase sales through customer interaction and upselling.
-Assist with regular stock replenishment to ensure the store remains fully merchandised and presentable.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
-Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial.
