Overview
Rosebank College, part of the ADvTECH Group, is seeking Invigilators to ensure the safety, fairness, and integrity of assessments. This role is critical in monitoring and enforcing exam protocols to prevent irregularities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor students to prevent malpractice during assessments.
• Distribute exam papers and answer booklets.
• Ensure assessment conditions comply with policy requirements.
• Prepare assessment venues to meet set standards.
• Assist during emergencies (e.g., fire evacuation, student illness).
• Address student queries during assessments appropriately.
• Compile and submit detailed reports after each session.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Matric (essential).
• Higher Certificate/Diploma (advantageous).

Experience:

• 1–2 years of industry-related experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of the South African higher education system and regulatory framework.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Adaptability and deadline focus.
