Overview
Pick n Pay is hiring for a variety of roles across departments in the Eastern Cape. These positions focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
-Greet customers and offer assistance in locating products.
-Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure displays meet merchandising standards.
-Check product quality, remove expired stock, and maintain cold chain compliance where applicable.
-Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages.
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store, service areas, and stockrooms.
-Operate equipment and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
-Respond courteously to customer queries and resolve complaints or escalate where needed.
-Promote products to boost sales.
-Adhere to pricing, labelling, and security procedures.
Minimum Requirements
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service orientation.
-Team player with a self-motivated mindset.
-Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., lifting, standing for extended periods).
-Relevant retail/service experience (advantageous but not always required).
