Overview
Multiple companies, including Dis-Chem, are hiring full-time cleaners to maintain high hygiene standards in their stores across the country. Successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning designated store areas, shop floors, and communal spaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness in store areas before opening.
• Use correct cleaning products and equipment for specific tasks.
• Display wet floor signage when cleaning to ensure safety.
• Keep canteen and restrooms clean, stocked, and in good condition.
• Follow health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers when required.

Entry Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Minimum of 6 months cleaning experience (advantageous).
• Good command of the English language.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Clear criminal record.
• South African citizenship.
