Overview

McDonald’s is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Crew Members to join its restaurant teams. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, preparing meals to quality standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities

• Report punctually for shifts and complete all assigned tasks efficiently.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take and process customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Prepare food items according to McDonald’s recipes and standards.
• Package orders neatly for dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery.
• Operate fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with stock management and inventory control.
• Work as part of a team to meet restaurant sales and performance goals.
• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
• Comply with safety, security, and food hygiene procedures.
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Entry Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must live within 15km of the branch.
• Clear criminal record.

Preferences (Optional)

• Previous experience in customer service or as a Crew Member.
• Candidates aged between 18 and 65.
