The North West Department of Health is recruiting 111 Data Capturers across multiple sub-districts. Key Responsibilities

  • Capture data from primary records into approved tools and systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of data.
  • Reconcile data with source documents.
  • Submit weekly and monthly data reports.
  • Maintain registers and statistics as required.
  • Perform data backups regularly.
  • Provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy (knowledge of Health Data Capturing Systems will be an added advantage).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
