Overview

Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is recruiting energetic and reliable Cleaners for deployment at our Constantia site and surrounding healthcare facilities. The successful candidates will maintain a high standard of cleanliness in line with site-specific SLA requirements, ensuring safe and hygienic environments for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning duties in offices, wards, and public areas.
• Identify additional cleaning opportunities beyond assigned tasks.
• Complete cleaning assignments within specified timeframes.
• Maintain Tsebo’s hygiene and safety standards consistently.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Grade 11.
• Previous experience as a Cleaner OR willingness to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machine) is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• High energy levels with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal/soft skills (e.g., smiling, greeting clients).
