Key Responsibilities (vary by position)

• Provide administrative, clerical, or policy-related support to departments.
• Supervise and manage teams, ensuring compliance with safety and municipal procedures.
• Operate and maintain heavy plant and municipal vehicles.
• Coordinate asset management functions, including monitoring and reporting.
• Support human capital administration, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Deliver frontline reception and communication services.
• Ensure efficient operations and adherence to municipal service standards.

Requirements and Skills (general)

• Relevant qualification in line with the position applied for.
• Previous work experience in the relevant field will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy (MS Office or relevant systems).
• Valid driver’s license for positions requiring vehicle/plant operation.
• Knowledge of local government regulations and municipal policies will be an advantage.
