Overview:

Master Drilling, a global leader in the mining sector, is seeking a Project Administrator to support project operations across multiple business pillars. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, capturing, analysing, and administering information critical to the successful execution of assigned projects. This role plays an essential part in ensuring smooth project delivery and operational efficiency in line with safety, quality, and commercial standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources: Support with staff coordination, site onboarding, and documentation.

Logistics and Supply Chain: Assist in tracking movement of supplies, consumables, and equipment.

General Administration: Maintain project records, manage correspondence, and support daily operational requirements.

Safety and Health: Ensure compliance with HSE protocols; contribute to audits and incident reporting.

Quality Assurance: Assist with documentation and standards compliance related to project execution.

Commercial Support: Provide support with project financials, procurement tracking, and reporting.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Diploma in Project Management (essential)
    • Certificate in Industrial Engineering (advantageous)
  • Experience:
    • 1โ€“2 years in a project administration environment (preferably in mining or industrial sectors)
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and project tools)
    • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
    • Ability to handle multi-functional administrative duties
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Must be willing to travel locally and internationally
    • Must be medically fit to work in mining environments (Health & Safety compliance required)
    • Valid Police Clearance Certificate
