HOW TO APPLY

Applications must comply with Vacancy Circular No. 08 of 2025/26:

1. Form: Fully completed and signed Z83 (new version) – available at any Public Service Department or www.dpsa.gov.za.
2. Attachments: A recent, comprehensive CV and a copy of your ID plus the names of three referees.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit certified copies of qualifications and other documents.
   • Non-RSA/permanent residents: attach a copy of your valid residence permit.
   • Foreign qualifications: include a SAQA evaluation certificate.
3. Reference & Centre: Clearly indicate Ref: NWH 08/2025/40 and Centre: Mafikeng Provincial Hospital.
4. Availability: Be available for interviews on a date/time/place determined by the Department.
