Unique Personnel, a leading South African recruitment agency with over 50 years of experience, is recruiting 40 Takealot Drivers nationwide.

If you have your own vehicle or motorbike and a valid driver’s licence, this is your opportunity to join South Africa’s most popular online delivery network.

Available Positions:

– Motorbike Drivers
– Vehicle Drivers

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Deliver Takealot parcels safely and efficiently to customers across assigned routes.
– Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
– Ensure punctual, friendly, and professional customer interactions.
– Conduct basic vehicle inspections and ensure roadworthiness daily.
– Maintain communication with dispatch or the Takealot app team.
– Follow company procedures, traffic laws, and safety protocols.
– Keep delivery vehicle or motorbike clean and well-maintained.
– Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or delivery challenges immediately.

Minimum Requirements:

– Valid National or International Driver’s Licence (Code A or Code B).
– Valid vehicle licence disk and roadworthy certificate.
– Own smartphone (Android 6 or higher) for delivery app access.
– Own motorbike or vehicle suitable for deliveries (motorbikes also available for rental).
– Good knowledge of road routes and GPS navigation.
– Clear criminal record and good communication skills.
– Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

Desired Skills & Experience:

– Previous courier, ride-hailing, or delivery experience advantageous.
– Ability to work independently and meet daily delivery targets.
– Strong customer service and time management skills.
