Overview

Tataki Mine is looking for a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to manage instrumentation systems and ensure optimal functioning of control and measurement instruments. This role is crucial to maintaining plant efficiency and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Install, calibrate, and repair instruments and control systems.

-Conduct inspections and ensure instruments meet regulatory standards.

-Maintain accurate documentation of instrumentation activities.

-Respond to instrumentation faults and provide timely resolutions.

-Assist in the upgrade and integration of new systems.

-Ensure compliance with SHEQ and industry standards.

-Collaborate with other technical teams to support plant operations.

Requirements and Skills

-National Craft Certificate (NCC) or equivalent qualification in Instrumentation.

-At least three (3) years of industrial experience in mining or processing environments.

-Knowledge of SCADA and loop systems is essential.

-Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

-Excellent understanding of control systems and sensors.

-Ability to interpret technical diagrams and standards.
