Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and reliable Cleaners to uphold Tseboโs high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at our client sites.
The Cleaner will ensure that all cleaning deliverables meet site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform daily cleaning tasks efficiently and on time as directed by your line manager.
-Clean offices, wards, and public areas to the prescribed Tsebo hygiene standards.
-Identify and take initiative on additional cleaning needs beyond assigned tasks.
-Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients and colleagues.
-Uphold Tseboโs safety and cleanliness protocols at all times.
Skills & Competencies
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
–High energy levels and a positive, professional attitude.
-Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
-Excellent communication skills (English proficiency).
–Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
-Friendly and customer-focused demeanor (smile, greeting, professionalism).
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
–Grade 12 / Grade 11 with relevant cleaning experience.
-Previous experience as a Cleaner or willingness to learn quickly.
-Basic knowledge of operating cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machine).
-Understanding of cleaning chemicals and materials will be an advantage.
