Key Responsibilities
-Represent Sportscene as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Exceed customer expectations through needs-based selling and personalised service.
-Drive sales by tracking performance against targets and executing effective sales strategies.
-Stay updated with streetwear and sneaker trends, as well as new technology in fashion retail.
-Proactively seek new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
-Assist in stock replenishment and ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand standards.
-Uphold store readiness, cleanliness, and layout consistency at all times.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications
- BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.

-Strong passion for people, customer engagement, and urban fashion.
-Target-driven and committed to delivering results.
-Hands-on attitude with a strong work ethic and initiative.
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet business demands.
