Overview

Clicks Group is recruiting 33 Shop Assistant / Cashier positions across multiple provinces including Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and more. These roles focus on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting point-of-sale (POS) operations, and maintaining excellent merchandising standards to ensure a positive customer experience in-store.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
– Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
– Maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock availability, and uphold store presentation standards.
– Support daily store operations including housekeeping and restocking.
– Resolve customer queries and ensure professional in-store engagement.
– Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss control measures.

Minimum Requirements

– Matric / Grade 12 (advantageous).
– Prior retail, cashier, or customer-service experience is beneficial.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
– Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
