EXPOSURE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mix, proof, bake and finish per approved recipes; develop recipe templates for new items
- Execute production plan; ensure full range availability throughout the day
- Weekly stock takes; reorder low ingredients via the correct supplier
- Operate ovens, mixers, sheeters; maintain a clean, HACCP-aligned workspace
- Assist with specials and customer orders

EXPOSURE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-trip checks; load, secure and verify consignments
- Follow delivery instructions; obtain PODs; report defects/incidents
- Keep invoices, fuel slips and hours records; maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety
- Comply with traffic laws and company policies (incl. tyre pressure vs load)
