Overview:
G4S Botswana is looking for a Training Officer to deliver technical training across the company. The successful candidate will ensure that training aligns with business needs, compliance standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Basic Induction and Refresher trainings.
• Conduct customer-specific and compliance-related training.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Develop training schedules and ensure proper planning.
• Monitor quality of training and align with company KPIs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Security Management or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
• 3 years’ experience in a training or supervisory role.
• Experience in commercial security training is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
