Job Purpose
To ensure shelves are neatly packed, stock is correctly rotated, products are presented to standard, and customers receive excellent service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
-Stock shelves according to layout and merchandising standards.
-Rotate products, check quality, remove expired or damaged items.
-Maintain excellent store condition, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
-Assist customers by knowing product locations, features, and benefits.
-Follow stockroom/back-up storage procedures and maintain organization.
-Uphold cold chain requirements where applicable (perishables).
-Prevent stock losses through correct handling and awareness.
-Adhere to pricing protocols and ensure accurate shelf labels.
-Support store teams during busy trading periods.
Requirements
-Hard-working and able to work retail/mall hours.
-Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Customer-centric mindset and passion for retail.
-Proficient in English with good interpersonal skills.
-Team player with a positive attitude.
