Minimum Requirements

Essential

• Matric / Grade 12 / N3 or equivalent
• Ability to work in a safety-driven, industrial environment

Advantageous

• Underground Mining Experience

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

-Apply and maintain safety procedures at all times

-Participate in toolbox talks, PDAs, and RCAs

-Maintain good housekeeping and follow waste disposal standards

Operational Support

-Operate mining equipment within design parameters

-Perform plant inspections and basic repairs to ensure equipment availability

-Execute daily tasks according to work planning

-Attend morning meetings and provide progress updates

Reporting & Feedback

• Provide accurate feedback to supervisors and internal customers
• Ensure correct history capturing for renewals and critical spares
• Identify faults and report issues promptly

Development & Training

• Attend training courses and seminars as per training matrix
• Identify personal development needs and include them in the PDP
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
