Role Purpose

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding sales activities throughout Lesotho, promoting lighting solutions to commercial and retail clients while ensuring consistent service delivery and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across Lesotho
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate lighting solutions
  • Actively pursue new markets and untapped sales opportunities within the territory
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within set timelines
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to management

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ proven sales experience, preferably in an external sales role
    Demonstrates ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Valid driverโ€™s licence and own reliable vehicle
    Essential for nationwide client visits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the lighting, electrical, or construction-related industry (strong advantage)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Lesotho (citizenship or valid work permit)
  • Must currently reside in Lesotho
