Purpose of the Role

To enhance clients’ lives by delivering exceptional service, meeting and exceeding client needs, and effectively using Capitec’s Global One product offering.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (National Certificate / Vocational)
• 3–6 months client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments
  OR
• No experience required if you hold a relevant tertiary qualification

---

Ideal / Preferred

• 1+ year client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments
• Proven ability in sales and client-facing roles
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce or similar)
• Certification in Finance or Banking

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge

• Basic calculations
• Retail / consumer service environment
• (Advantage) Capitec products, internal processes, and banking policies

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Interpersonal & relationship management
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
