Job Opportunity
Capitec Bank is looking for energetic, self-motivated Service Consultants who are passionate about delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced banking environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping clients Bank Better and Live Better.
Purpose of the Role
To enhance clientsโ lives by delivering exceptional service, meeting and exceeding client needs, and effectively using Capitecโs Global One product offering.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (National Certificate / Vocational)
- 3โ6 months client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments
OR - No experience required if you hold a relevant tertiary qualification
Ideal / Preferred
- 1+ year client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments
- Proven ability in sales and client-facing roles
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce or similar)
- Certification in Finance or Banking
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge
- Basic calculations
- Retail / consumer service environment
- (Advantage) Capitec products, internal processes, and banking policies
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal & relationship management
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
