Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Knowledge of:
- Unemployment Insurance Act & Regulations
- Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
- Treasury Regulations
- Batho Pele Principles
- Department of Employment and Labour & UIF policies, procedures, vision and values

Key Duties
- Provide UIF screening services to clients
- Process applications for UIF benefits
- Register payment continuation forms
- Perform administrative support functions
