Key Responsibilities

  • Execute point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Scan merchandise and process customer payments with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle cash safely and in accordance with company procedures
  • Promote and register customers for the Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme
  • Inform customers of promotions to drive sales and enhance customer value
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain merchandising standards and general store housekeeping
  • Support the storeโ€™s visual merchandising requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store events
