Overview
Jet is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate (40hr) to join the team at Cape Gate. As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales performance and ensuring the store is always ready for customers.
Jet is part of TFG, an internationally diversified retail portfolio of 34 speciality lifestyle and apparel brands. At Jet, the focus is on putting customers first, working smart and fast, and offering affordable fashion and home products for the whole family.
This role is ideal for someone energetic, target-driven, and passionate about retail.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Jet brand and deliver outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Track sales performance and work towards achieving targets
- Sell across a diverse product range including clothing and homeware
- Stay updated on dรฉcor and fashion trends
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well-presented
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Handle customer queries and challenges professionally
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
