Overview

Jet is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate (40hr) to join the team at Cape Gate. As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales performance and ensuring the store is always ready for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Jet brand and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Track sales performance and work towards achieving targets
  • Sell across a diverse product range including clothing and homeware
  • Stay updated on dรฉcor and fashion trends
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities
  • Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well-presented
  • Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
  • Handle customer queries and challenges professionally

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
