Overview

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering a 12-month learnership opportunity for Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandisers. This structured, work-based learning programme is designed to equip participants with commercial knowledge and practical merchandising skills within a defined geographic area.

The successful candidates will report to the Account Developer and will support in-store execution, customer service, order facilitation and merchandising excellence.

Learners must complete a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for the programme.


Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution & Merchandising

-Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets

-Implement visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

-Ensure correct stock rotation and product availability

-Maintain product visibility according to RED and execution scorecard standards

-Complete iRED survey requirements

-Support customers in placing orders via the MyCCBA platform

-Assist with promotional activities to enhance brand visibility

-Provide relief support when required


Interaction

-Collaborate with Sales Team Members on daily activities

-Receive guidance and feedback from the Sales Account Developer

-Engage with consumers to understand buying behaviour and preferences


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • Grade 12 Communication in English and a second language (minimum 40%)
  • South African Citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 35
  • Must be unemployed at time of appointment
  • Must not be enrolled in any current learnership or full-time studies
  • Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership
  • Must be available to work six days per week
  • No criminal record or adverse credit record
  • Must consent to criminal, ID and qualification verification
  • Must be an Employment Equity candidate
