Position Purpose
To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operations and merchandising activities that create a positive in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Execute all POS activities efficiently and accurately
-Scan merchandise and process payments, including ClubCard rewards
-Ensure safe cash handling at all times
-Promote and enroll customers onto the Clicks ClubCard
-Inform customers about promotions and offers
-Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
-Act as a brand ambassador delivering friendly and professional service
-Maintain updated product and promotional knowledge

- Grade 12 (Matric) โ Essential

- Retail or customer-facing experience (Advantageous but not mandatory)
