Overview

Clicks is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their retail team as Shop Assistants / Cashiers in Pongola and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive customer experience by offering excellent service, managing point-of-sale operations efficiently, and supporting store merchandising and promotions.


Key Responsibilities

-Execute all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently and accurately

-Ensure correct scanning of products and processing of payments, including clubcard rewards

-Handle cash securely and maintain cash-handling procedures

-Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks Clubcard programme

-Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and satisfaction

-Deliver professional and friendly customer service as a Clicks brand ambassador

-Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness to visual standards

-Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and events

-Support company goals by embracing and living the Clicks values

Knowledge:

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • Desirable: Prior experience in a customer-facing retail/FMCG role
