• Comprehensive CV with three (3) contactable references and email addresses
• Certified copies of qualifications (evaluated by DHET & SAQA if foreign)
• Certified copy of academic record/transcript
• Certified copy of ID (both sides for smart card)
• Certified copy of driver’s licence (both sides for smart card)
• Certification must not be older than 3 months
