Job Opportunity

Clover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch is looking for a Clerk: Administrative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for closing orders on ERMS, printing invoices, and handling various administrative and route settlement duties within the distribution branch.

Minimum Requirements

– Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4
– Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Supply Chain will be advantageous
– 2–3 years administrative experience
– Experience working with senior management
– Must be able to work in extreme conditions
– Fluent in Business English
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
– Basic computer literacy

Main Duties

• Assist with couriers
• Assist with visitors
• Perform administrative filing
• Process settled and unsettled routes
• Ensure all outstanding reconciliations are processed daily
• Perform RMA route settlement checks and corrections
• Follow up on outstanding referrals
• Follow up on outstanding jobs older than 24 hours
• Update GRV on the system
• Assign resupply invoices
• Resolve queries from System Support (Danone) and Metro files timeously
• Reconcile Masakhane and Secondary accounts
