1. Chief Admin Clerk: Hostel Management (4 Posts)

Centres: Seshego, Polokwane & Senwabarwana
Salary: R325 101.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Administration or equivalent (NQF 6), 2โ€“3 years’ relevant experience, strong computer literacy, financial and data management skills, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student wellbeing and hostel conditions
  • Allocate rooms and manage admissions
  • Oversee hostel logistics and cooking section
  • Maintain hostel records and supervise staff

2. Finance Clerk: Expenditure (2 Posts)

Centre: Central Office
Salary: R228 321.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: National Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management/Business Management, 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience, strong financial systems knowledge, MS Office, and a valid driverโ€™s license.
Responsibilities:

  • Validate payment vouchers and prepare cashbooks
  • Match ledger account data
  • Support audit processes and payroll data capture

3. Finance Clerk: Stores (2 Posts)

Centre: Central Office
Salary: R228 321.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: National Diploma in Accounting, Logistics, or related field, 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ relevant experience, MS Office, and knowledge of supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:

  • Place and receive orders
  • Capture goods in database
  • Maintain supplier register and issue stock

4. Finance Clerk: SCM (3 Posts)

Centre: Central Office
Salary: R228 321.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: National Diploma in Finance/Supply Chain/Public Management, 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience, knowledge of procurement and PFMA.
Responsibilities:

  • Update supplier database
  • Handle quotations and bid documentation
  • Manage contract conclusion processes

5. Finance Clerk: Asset Management (3 Posts)

Centre: Central Office
Salary: R228 321.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: National Diploma in Finance/Asset Management/Logistics, 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience, asset verification skills, and understanding of disposal procedures.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain asset records
  • Identify obsolete equipment
  • Conduct asset verification

6. Admin Clerk: SHERQ (Campus Management) (1 Post)

Centre: Seshego Campus
Salary: R228 321.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: Diploma in Safety/Construction/Environmental Health, 2โ€“3 years’ SHERQ experience, knowledge of OHS Act and relevant policies.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SHERQ and OHS programs
  • Support compliance, inspections and training
  • Maintain safety documentation

7. Housekeeping / Cleaning Supervisor (4 Posts)

Centres: Seshego, Polokwane, Ramokgopa & Senwabarwana
Salary: R193 359.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: Grade 10/ABET Level 4 with 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience in cleaning services, knowledge of hygiene, facility procedures, and storage.
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cleaning of all campus facilities
  • Manage and requisition cleaning materials
  • Monitor hygiene, staff, and maintenance needs

8. General Worker (22 Posts)

Centres: Seshego (7), Polokwane (7), Senwabarwana (4), Ramokgopa (4)
Salary: R138 486.00 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements: ABET/Grade 10. No experience required.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform general assistant duties
  • Load/offload furniture and equipment
  • Clean vehicles and prepare venues for meetings/exams
