VKB Group, a leading agricultural and retail company, is seeking 5 General Workers to join its SPAR and GWK Retail operations. These positions offer an opportunity to work in various areas, including store operations, floor assistance, parcel counter service, and deli operations, ensuring smooth retail functioning and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist with daily store operations, including packing shelves, stock control, and general housekeeping.
-Provide friendly and professional customer service.
-Handle goods at the parcel counter and ensure secure storage for customers.
-Assist in deli operations, including food preparation, display, and hygiene maintenance.
-Support operational teams in achieving store presentation and merchandising standards.
-Comply with company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping protocols.
Requirements
-Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent.
-Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous.
-Passion for working with people and maintaining cleanliness.
-Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
-Clean criminal record.
