Overview

Old Khaki is recruiting festive season sales assistants across several regions, plus a Store Leader at Cavendish Square. You’ll help customers, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and support smooth store operations during peak trade. No experience is required—retail exposure and Matric are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

-Exceed customer expectations using effective selling techniques; act as a friendly brand ambassador.

-Meet individual/store targets; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximise sales.

-Adhere to stock-loss controls and store SOPs (including basic cash handling where applicable).

-Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.

-Support replenishment, ticketing, fitting rooms, and basic stockroom tasks.

-Contribute to an inspiring, supportive team environment.

Requirements & Skills

–Education: Matric/Grade 12 preferred (not mandatory).

–Experience: No experience required (entry-level friendly); retail experience is an advantage.

-Clear criminal record; proficiency in English; effective communication and customer focus.

-Honest, accountable, adaptable; able to work retail hours (weekends/holidays/late trade).
