Position: Armed Security Officer

Overview:
Fidelity Security Group is seeking a vigilant and dedicated Grade C Armed Security Officer to join our security team at a National Key Point. This position requires a high level of responsibility and commitment to safeguarding the facility, personnel, and assets.
Minimum Requirements:
-Matric Certificate
-PSIRA Grade C registration and accreditation
-Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience in armed security, preferably within high-security environments
-SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate for business purposes (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle)
-Strong observational skills with attention to detail
-Physically fit, capable of handling the demands of the role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Willingness to undergo regular polygraph testing
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure all contractual security requirements are met as per client specifications.
-Maintain positive relations between Fidelity Security Group and the Client concerning the quality of security services provided.
-Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring authorized entry only.
-Respond quickly and efficiently to alarms and security incidents.
-Prepare comprehensive reports on incidents and daily security activities.
-Adhere to all security protocols and procedures diligently.
