Overview
Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners for a healthcare site based in Paarl, Western Cape. This is a Talent Pool opportunity, meaning your application will be considered for future roles within Tsebo Cleaning Solutions as positions become available.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes.
-Identify and take initiative on additional cleaning opportunities beyond set tasks.
-Maintain cleanliness in offices, wards, public areas, and other designated spaces as directed by your Line Manager.
-Ensure compliance with Tsebo’s hygiene and cleaning standards.
-Foster positive relationships with customers and clients through professionalism and good communication.
Skills and Competencies
-Strong attention to personal hygiene and professional appearance.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.
-High energy levels and a proactive attitude.
-Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Familiarity with cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machines) is advantageous.
Qualifications
-Grade 12/11 or relevant cleaning experience.
-Prior cleaning experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential.
-Ability to manage and operate cleaning equipment is a plus.
